About Me

Welcome! I am so glad you decided to visit my site and learn more about me and this specific research project. I chose to take a deep dive into how COVID-19 has impacted the music classroom because it is something I was genuinely curious about. Navigating higher education music education over the course of this pandemic, I experienced the challenges of learning music curriculum virtually first hand and was interested to see how teachers were navigating it at public institutions. I am a fifth-year soprano at East Carolina University with a passion for singing and performing. In my spare time, I enjoy photography and spending time with any cats I can find.
